Hot Eats Premieres

The Spring Fire Department has a new way for you to learn about fire gear and equipment while cooking along with our firefighter chefs.

In our first episode of Hot Eats, we introduce one of our firefighter foodies. Jeremie Bricout was raised in a French firefighting family. In episode one “French(y) in the Firehouse”, Bricout teaches us how to make authentic French baguettes AND the difference between American and French firefighter gear.
