Safe Sitter

Spring Fire Department is excited to introduce the Safe Sitter Program to the community. Safe Sitter is targeting students in middle school to learn and practice how to properly and safely babysit children. In this course they will receive a student handbook which includes information regarding care for kids in different age groups, what to do in an emergency, and how to perform CPR. It is a 5 hour long course and we ask that our parents prepare lunch for their child, as lunch will not be provided. There will be a graduation ceremony, parents please arrive 20 minutes prior to the end of class.
The Safe Sitter Program is free to Spring Residents. IF YOU A SPRING RESIDENT PLEASE ENTER ‘SS’ THEN YOUR SPRING ZIPCODE IN THE PROMO CODE TO CLEAR THE BALANCE. If you are a Spring resident and the code does not work, please contact Celine Gomez at 281.951.7038 or Celine.Gomez@springfd.org.
All residents outside of Spring will pay the price of the handbook – $18.
